Our Recruitment Process

  • 1. Candidate Application: Candidates will submit their application via email, an application must consist of a CV/Resume, and all applicable details in order to correctly proceed with your candidacy.

  • 2. Phone Interview: Upon receiving resumes, our team will conduct a screening call to assess the candidate's qualifications, preferences, and availability. This helps in building a preliminary understanding and a relationship.

  • 3. Presentation Stage: We will prepare the candidate for an interview with our client, our recruitment team will coordinate to highlight the most important aspects of their resume for the respective position.

  • 4. Interview Stage: After coordinating with our client and scheduling/conducting your interview, we will provide all necessary updates to both parties.

  • 5. Post-Interview: Following client interviews, engage in sessions with both clients and candidates. Gather feedback, and address concerns on both ends in regards.

  • 6. Offer and Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation phase, ensuring that both clients and candidates are satisfied with the terms of employment.

  • 7. Onboarding Support: After placement, we will provide support during the onboarding process. This includes helping candidates with paperwork, ensuring a smooth transition, and addressing any other concerns that may arise.

  • 8. Continuous Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise during the placement.
